What I am talking about is creating a database of your customers, and sending them an e-mail every month or so about what's new with you, what's on special, say happy birthday, and best of all, tell them to get their butts in and buy something!

What are the benefits of e-mail marketing?
Its the cheapest advertising out there that gets right to your target market. After an e-mail campaign is sent out, you can see who opened the e-mail, and who didn't, What time/date they opened it and see what links they clicked on within the e-mail. You can also see who viewed it through their Facebook and Twitter accounts. Additionally, you can tell where these customers come from (country and province or state). These are the basic features, but there are many more details we can discuss when you call for your consultation.

We offer two different levels of service in e-mail marketing.

-Self service: We set up an account with the e-mail marketing program for you, then create a template for the emails. We then show you how to add/edit/remove contacts in the program, and how to change the copy in the template, then send the e-mail campaigns. This service is a one time fee, and additional fees if you require re-training or editing of the template.

-Full service: We do all of the work for you. Basically you send us your customer's contact info as you get them, and we put them in the database. You send us your copy you want sent out in the emails, and we send it out for you. We will even share your e-mail letter on your Facebook or other social network websites. After a few days of the emails going out, we will send you the results of the e-mail and discuss any ways we feel you can improve the next campaign. This service is pay per use. There is no obligation, no monthly fees, no contract. You simply pay for the work we do when we do it. At any time you want to take it over and do it yourself, we will help you get started.
